I do this at work and eat with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper. I cut the egg the long way about halfway through so it stays together. 20-25 seconds per egg but ya gotta listen to it. When you hear one or two pops, pause for a second and resume. Takes a little practice, though.

Never NEVER put whole eggs into the microwave. They explode.

This is why I swallow mine whole
I reheat boiled eggs by heating some water up in a kettle and pouring it into a pot with the egg.
Bonus is that this makes the shell easier to peel.
Always boil on stove. Never microwave
I want to know though… why are you using a paper plate and a plastic knife?
